We use your information to operate your profile, power search and match recommendations, facilitate interest requests and messaging, verify your identity, respond to support requests, and keep the platform safe (fraud prevention, abuse reports, legal compliance).
3. What Other Members Can See
Your profile is visible to other members according to your privacy settings. You control whether your photo is blurred to unverified users, and whether your phone number and email address are visible — by default, both are hidden from other members and are never shown without your explicit choice.
4. Verification Documents
Government ID and selfie verification documents are used solely to confirm your identity and are reviewed by our verification team. They are not shown to other members and are stored securely and separately from your public profile.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
6. Your Choices
You can edit, hide, or permanently delete your profile at any time from your account settings. You can also request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile from search and retain limited records only where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
