1. Purpose of the Platform
RishtaNest is a marriage and Nikah matchmaking platform. It is intended for individuals genuinely seeking marriage, not casual dating, and members are expected to represent themselves honestly.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to marry in your jurisdiction to create a profile. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are creating the profile for yourself or with the explicit consent of the person the profile represents (for example, a parent assisting a family member).
3. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Member Conduct
You agree not to: create a fake or duplicate profile; harass, threaten, or defraud other members; solicit money or gifts; post content that is obscene, hateful, or unlawful; or use the platform for any purpose other than marriage matchmaking. Verified evidence of these behaviours may lead to suspension or a permanent ban.
5. Verification
Verification badges reflect that a member has completed our verification steps at a point in time. They are a trust signal, not a guarantee, and you should exercise your own judgement when connecting with any member.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium features are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Prices and features are shown before payment; you can view or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
7. Content You Share
You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload. By posting them, you grant RishtaNest permission to display them to other members as governed by your privacy settings, solely for operating the platform.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or put other members at risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
RishtaNest facilitates introductions but is not responsible for the conduct of members, the outcome of any relationship, or decisions made based on information members share with each other. Use the platform's safety tools and your own judgement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RishtaNest after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
